Carrie Goulet (Office Admin) is the first point of contact in-store or by phone. Certified in First Aid & CPR. Carrie is involved in the community through her children's school reading program, as well as being a leading voice on issues impacting Dain City. When not at work Carrie prefers to be outdoors with family. Hiking, Camping, Swimming, Grilling - although she would prefer grilling on a Traeger. Her claim to fame is her family - and they have been since her wedding day in 2007. Bonus: Carrie is a 2019 Employee of the Month! Be sure to congratulate her.

Shane Stranges (Home Comfort Advisor) started in the HVAC sales department in October 2017. Grilling on a Broil King - just ask him what he grills though! Selected by Mike Konderka because he excels in building strong customer relations. Since starting he has developed an honest reputation for providing customized solutions based on individual needs.

Christine Clack (Service Manager) has been working at Enviro since February 2016. A graduate of Niagara College in 2009 and Academy of Learning 2011. At home Christine grills on a Broil King. Christine says she is known best for "My sense of humour".

Steve Warankie (Install Tech) Been working in the industry on and off since 2003 when I started as an installer helper. in 2018, Steve chose to write his own bio: I've been with Enviro now for over 4 yrs as a lead installer and service tech. Attended Niagara College in the field of electrical/electronics way back in 1992. Attended trade school in 2008 for gas fitter 2. Top of my class. Recently (2017 Spring) passed my refrigeration exam and now a member of the college of trades holding a 313d license. In my limited spare time, I try to golf as much as I can in Summer. During Winter months I'm in a bowling league for as long as I can remember. I recently purchased a Traeger smoker and the family loves it. Already using several times a week. This baby is awesome! Steve says he is best known as a "Problem solver / People Person"

Tyler Logan (Install Tech) Has been with Enviro-Niagara since 2013 and is a Mohawk College alumni. Known for his passion for softball and spending time with friends and family around his Broil-King 440.

Jason Horton (Service Tech) Has over a decade in the trade and has been with Enviro-Niagara since 2015. Attended trade school at Mohawk 313d G2.  Jason is known in the community for his involvement in Recreational Hockey. At home Jason doesn't split hairs - he grills only meat. Jason says he is best known for "The Horton Charm", and his family agrees.

Matt Poirier (Service Tech) has been in the industry since 2016 and is a certified G2 Gas Fitter, 313 Apprentice, ODP, has Work at Heights Training. In the community he has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Crime Stopper, and volunteers at the Mount Carmel Seniors centre where he and his dog are immensely popular. For fun, he plays basketball, camps and likes to "grill on a good old regular BBQ".

Dylan Wikston (Install Tech) has been in the industry since 2015 and joined Enviro-Niagara in 2016. Graduate of the Niagra Skilled Trades Academy with licenses in 313D Apprentice and G2 Gas Technician. He can be found in the community fishing and prefers to grill on his Charbroil Grill. Dylan is self-described as being "Goal Oriented".

Ryan LeBelle (Install Tech) has been in HVAC since 2014 and joined the Enviro-Niagara Team in 2019. A skilled technician with G2 certification, Aerial Lift, System 636, and Gastite training. The work doesn't stop when he clocks out - he spends his time engaged renovations, woodworking, and in the making/crafting community. Ryan grills with propane at home.

Dave Hanna (Duct Cleaning) has his G license and is enthusiastic about fishing, hiking and camping. In the community he volunteers with the Salvation Army and is an active family man. Known for having a positive attitude.

Joe Beardwood (Labourer) started with The Enviro-Niagara Group in 2019. Licensed G2 and Danger Prevention Tech. On the weekends he can be found fishing at the cottage and generally enjoying the outdoors. Gives his time to causes like Help a Child Smile and is a frequent volunteer with his children's school. Joe describes himself as being infamous for being "too easy going".
